Matthew Miskiewicz is the founder, CEO, lead designer, and lead programmer of TopCog, LLC.  He has B.S. degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.  He has been programming for more than 15 years and has been running TopCog since 2014.
